ALCANTARILHA HOUSING. A work with a very similar row, of Castro Verde Rehabilitation Housing, with also a great countryside character, but this one already in the heart of Algarve Region. Located in the county of Alcantarilha, a village with a great expansion, because of the Tourism markect of Armação de Pera, Silves and Vilamoura very close by, the architectural lines, environments, habits and all addictions are totally of Algarvian predominance.

 

 So, with all this freedom of thinking and liberty of space to built, we choose a most modern construction, with minimalist lines, for being the signature of our Atelier, and using a set of colors and contrasts, where white was always present, because of the present countryside essence and so the others colors would be alternated, not in aspect and concepts of the bands or emplacements of some of the houses and enclosure walls, but in specific structural volumes of the Houses itself.

 Also maintaining the spatial configuration, quite as functional posible, with a much more restriction to the customization policy process according to the future owner, or in same cases the presence owner, because some of the Houses were bought in the Design process, and as I refer previously, this all aspects of, interest, curiosity and attention from the customers changes drastically and takes totally different proportions, by doing a project completely new from scratch.

 

 Taking as main guidelines posible, for the construction of the houses and homes, we were careful to make a coherent and functional design, organizing the various types in the terrain, and dividing superficially by band and various others isolated lots, in order to achieve  as one whole social component and interactivity between different extracts and social classes who would live in this place, by being a construction towards all, and in particular ensuring the fulfillment and satisfaction of each as if it were built by the customer itself.
