CAMPUS UNIVERSITY. This kind of Project is always very demanding and offers to the author a big challenge in his development.

 Directly to a various types of young people, or some of them, already with a mentality of growned up people, but it´s majotaty, teenagers, the spaces and enviroments that the we create have to be very promiscuous, in the good way, because it´s not a specifies construction for just one individual.

 

 So we have the idea of create an hybrid building in is general spaces, public and colective spaces where that diversity of people, mentalities can be interact and live like a small comunity or society, offering continual adaptability of the building to the demands of its users and the spaces of living / live promotes privacy and serenity. The topography and area of intervention was with a accentuated slope, but very appreciated by our proposal of building, also offering differents perspectives on the university campus, the surrounding scenery and the city of Lisbon.

 

 In a bigger scale we could see that the visual impact is almost irrelevant, making the implantation aspect very natural, giving the sign that this new element already taked part of the surroundings. In terms of the dorms / bedrooms for the students, the attack plan was to create the most diversity typologies, always with a big concerning in terms of comfort, by accurate plans and design architecture of the space components of Residence Students were taken into account.

 Although, not forgetting that this new university campus is already involved in a consolidated urban area, Almada in a very touristic zone, called Costa da Caparica.
