CITY HALL. A very organic and estetic shape, this new Building, in each its facade would not overwhelm the existing and surround elements.

 

 Surrounded by buildings of great breadth and height also, we had this issue well present in the development of this new building, due to going host the Story in development of a country that continues to grow and will be represented by the diversity of expositions and Events that will shell pass their.

 

 A project with a large regional impact, in terms of scale with the existing buildings, would have to maintain that relationship, while at the same time create new ways of relations to the introduction of this new use, where the residential use is predominant. The idea of creating a hybrid building, in their shape and esthetic exterior but then in its interior the role for which it was designed would not let any questions.

 Our main concern was that, this new element became the link and gives sense once again to this point on the City.

 

So finally, with this unusual and new approach for our team, we accomplished a bulding, not just, that recreated, as refreshed a new bond to this uninhabited point of the city. Creating new visual enviroments with/and the surrondings, by the new visual frameworks and footpaths that surrond our building, but at the same time, invite the people to enter and explore this new element, with a double use, of storage and reastablish the bond of the Historic development of Luanda.
